Shipping rates

FREE tracked shipping on every order. No minimum spend. We ship to the countries available at checkout.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days after you order. Some orders can take longer during busy periods.

Your order ships from our fulfillment partner's warehouse in China.

Tracking

We'll email you a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to show its first update.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. Once an order has shipped, we can't change the address.

Lost or late orders

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived 30 days after it shipped, contact us and we'll reship it or refund you.
